All rentals start at 4 p.m. on the Saturday you arrive and then you must vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on the following Saturday to allow time for the cleaners to carry out their intensive cleaning schedule.
Each property has car parking for 2 vehicles, either on the driveway of the property or in designated onsite car parking spaces.
No - Bed linen and towels will be provided for each bedroom.
All kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cooker , fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine.
All properties have night storage heaters, electric panel and towel rail heaters, and are double glazed. All properties with the exception of Burnham B are fitted with Log burners.
All properties except Burnham B have log burners, in colder months a basket of logs is provided, you should remember to bring your own fire lighters, matches and kindling. Further logs are available subject to our fair usage policy of a maximum of two baskets of logs per weekly stay.
The rental quoted will include heating, lighting, hot water , bed linen and towels and towels.

Travel cot and high chair are available on request subject to availability. We do not supply bed linen for the cot as we feel that mothers would prefer to use their own.
All properties allow one dog to stay. There are enclosed garden areas except for Burnham B, which does have a garden, but as a first floor apartment is only suitable for one small dog.
