2. Purchase Price (one off payment non vat)
3. Service Charge - this is an annual payment made by each leaseholder towards the running costs of the development (can vary from year to year)
4. Sinking Fund Charge - this is an annual payment made by each leaseholder towards building up a fund to cover the cost of future planned maintenance and improvements.
